Festus Okeke, a 40-year-old male, has been arrested by the Niger State Police Command for sexually abusing four girls aged 10 to 13 in the Paikoro LGA of the state.
Okeke admitted to giving the girls loaves of bread and N200 to use for Easter celebrations after one of the girls told their parents about what he had done.
On Wednesday, April 21, the perpetrator, a father of four, told journalists that he had s*x with two of the girls and engaged in gross indecency with the other two minors.
He allegedly tricked the four girls into his shop in Ishau village during and after the Easter celebrations, where he reportedly shared canal information with two of the girls while fiddling with the private parts of two other girls with his thumbs.
According to the reports, Okeke is a sexual predator who has been charged with related crimes at the Chief Magistrate Court 1 in Minna. He was arrested on October 4, 2019, for the same crime involving two minors, according to reports.
